Where is my data?

On your iPhone and in your private iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple Account on another device and it appears there too. There is no Roamnote account.

Nearby places are empty

Roamnote needs location access while in use to suggest what's around you. Check iOS Settings › Roamnote › Location, then pull to refresh. Without location you can still search by name or drop a pin.

I deleted a memory by mistake

Memories are removed immediately and cannot be restored from within the app. The place itself is kept, so you can add the memory again. Photos are never deleted from your library.

How do I delete everything?

Delete the app, then remove Roamnote under iOS Settings › Apple Account › iCloud › Manage Storage. That erases the iCloud copy as well.

Can I export my journal?

Export is on the roadmap for the launch version. Today you can share a trip as text from the trip's share menu.
